What ages and experience level is needed?
The horsemanship classes welcomes ages 6 and up. These classes are open for beginner to intermediate riders. Please fill out your riders experience on the form below.
What will we do?
We will cover our barn rules, safety of being around and handling horses and what goes into their daily care. We will also go over grooming, ground working our horses and the basics of riding. Some of the classes will have a craft to complete.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a sack lunch and something to drink. We require boots with a stepped heel to ride (we have a closet full of boots you may borrow for the day) and long pants are highly recommended. If you have a riding helmet please bring that as well, this is not the same as a bike helmet (we can provide if needed).

How much does it cost?
Each class is $125. Payment is due in full to secure your spot. Payments of cash or checks are accepted. Checks are to be made payable to Casalae Farms.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up for our classes by email, phone, or stopping in during business hours. We ask that you kindly fill out the form below and complete the attached liability waiver. Please feel free to call us with any additional questions at 231-946-8490. Class sizes are limited.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: The $125 payment will hold and confirm your spot in the class. Again, your spot is NOT guaranteed until payment has been made in full. Class size is limited!! We do not take large groups, therefore there is no refund unless we are given a 10-day notice.
